A cherished garment in our collection is this Batik Jacket crafted from exquisite Batik fabric acquired during a journey to Indonesia. This commission encapsulates everything related to bespoke tailoring.

At its core, this Batik jacket tells a personal story and recounts a beautiful journey. The challenge lay in transforming this memory into a wearable ensemble for our client. The unique aspect was that the fabric wasn't wide enough for an entire jacket.

In response, we chose to turn this limitation into a creative opportunity, enhancing the impact of the Batik fabric. Essentially, we crafted the sleeves in black cotton, ensuring the fabric on the body and cuffs would stand out even more.

The buttons were also covered with this cotton to achieve a similar effect while integrating an element of elegant craftsmanship.

The model is entirely unlined, featuring a stand-up collar to further accentuate the exotic effect. The real showstopper is the Batik fabric, especially how the patterns align, creating a vibrant yet calm overall appearance. It truly embodies a regal outfit.
